Adeline Dontay

Adeline Dontay, 76, a resident of Bayou Vista and a native of Morgan City, passed away on June 23, 2007 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. Adeline is the daughter of the late Emile Lodrigue Sr. and Lorenza Rebardie Lodrigue. Adeline is survived by her husband, Leonard Dontay Sr. of Bayou Vista, three sons; Leonard Dontay Jr. and his wife Phyllis of Berwick, Darrel Dontay of Gibson , Cary Dontay of Gretna, two daughters; Linda Dontay of Bayou Vista, Natalie Duay and her husband Dale of Bayou Vista. She is also survived by three brothers; Emile Lodrigue Jr of Bayou Vista, James “Billy” Lodrigue of Berwick, Cluade Lodrigue of Bayou L’Ourse, six sister; Irene Sons of Berwick, Molly Rink of Gibson, Lorraine Lombos of Berwick, Lilly Teachman of Berwick, Betty Leger of Gibson, Diane Sanders of Bayou Vista, ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Adeline was preceded in death by her son, Farron Dontay, parents, Emile Sr. and Lorenza Lodrigue, two brothers and one sister. Visitation will be held Monday, June 25, 2007 at Twin City Funeral Home from 2pm until 6pm. Funeral services will be held at Twin City Funeral Home at 6pm Monday. Twin City has been entrusted with the arrangements.
