Semonia Eve Naquin February 24, 1927 September 14, 2012 Semonia Eve Naquin, 85, a native of Jean Charles, LA and a resident of Bayou Vista passed away on Friday, September 14, 2012 at her residence. Semonia lived for her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons: Henry Lafleur Jr. and wife, Helen of Morgan City and Anthony Lafleur of Bayou Vista; two daughters: Sandra Wynne and Kevin Justilian of Berwick and Barbara Nicar and husband, Kent of Grand Cane; seven grandchildren: April Miques and husband, Raymond, Heebie Lafleur and wife, Allison, Courtney Wynne and Jaspard Hayward, Chad Lafelur and wife, Nicole, Ashley Lafleur, Zachary Lafluer and Jaymie Lafluer; seven great grandchildren: Kingston, Lindsey, Gage, Jaxsen, Macall, Ryder and Jayden; one sister, Rose Gaspard and four brothers: Frank, Harry, Russell and Jesty Naquin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Scholastic Naquin; one sister, Felice Dupree; one brother, Wilbur Naquin; one great granddaughter, Cloud Lafleur and best friend, Margaret Pearson. Visitation will take place at Twin City Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 beginning at 1pm until 4pm with a service starting at 4pm. The family will lay her to rest at a later date.
