Katherine Denise Austin March 17, 1980 June 22, 2013 Katherine Denise Austin,33, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and a resident of Morgan City passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Katherine is survived by her three beautiful children: Morgan McCall, Khuyen Helms and Tuyen Helms; three sisters: Anette Landaiche of Morgan City, Ollie Marie Ables of Schriever and Suzette McCall of Bayou Vista; one brother, Tony Latiolais of New Iberia; three nieces and five nephews along with great nieces and nephews. Katherine was preceded in death by her mother, Katie Sue Lyles; one sister, Elizabeth Cumbess; one nephew, Joshua Mire and one great niece, Ryleigh Walker. There will be a Memorial Celebration of her life on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 6pm until 10pm.
