James Bledsoe

James Thomas Bledsoe, 66, a resident of Morgan City and a native of Sweetwater, TX., passed away, Friday, June 27, 2008 at Teche Regional Medical Center. James was a Mason and a member of the AARP and the APA. James enjoyed fishing, just being in his boat and shooting pool. James was a good cook and especially liked cooking country meals. James was a kind man that helped everyone he could, too many to count. James is survived by his son, Jackie Bledsoe of Patterson, two sisters; Brenda of Lafayette and Patsy of Biloxi, Miss. James is also survived by two grand daughters; Tabitha Bledsoe of Michigan and Nina Yates of Bayou Vista. James is preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Sally Harris Bledsoe, and his grandparents. A Memorial service will be held Monday, June 30, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 6pm until 8pm.
