Obituary

Allen Rink, Jr., 68, a life-long resident of Berwick, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 3, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Allen was born October 15, 1957, the son of Allen Rink Sr. and Earline Marie Arceneaux Rink.

He was a true jokester who always knew how to make people laugh and bring a little light into any room. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and you could almost always find him with a cigar in hand.

One of his greatest joys was spending time with his wife, Agnes. Together, they loved traveling to the casino, taking a spontaneous ride with their two hitchhikers or simply enjoying each other’s company wherever the road took them. It was never really about the destination—it was about the memories they made along the way.

He will be remembered for his humor, his love of the outdoors, his easygoing spirit, and the countless laughs he shared with the people who knew and loved him. His stories, jokes, and unmistakable presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Agnes Percle Rink; three children, Lisa Daigle and husband Brandon Daigle, Mary St. Germain and husband Kirk St. Germain, Allen Rink III , (Noonie) and wife Addalyn Rink; grandchildren, Huntar St.Germain, T.J. Soudelier, Collan St.Germain and finance Sarah Aguirre, Lauren Soudelier, Remington Fromenthal, Ryver Rink and Ridge Rink; great grandchildren, Miller Jay Acosta- St.Germain and Oliver St. Germain; along with numerous family members and friends who were like family.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Rink Sr. and Earline Marie Arceneaux Rink; two sisters, Cheryl Ann Rink and Nicole Marie Rink.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Twin City Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a service beginning at (6:00 p.m.)

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the family in care of Twin City Funeral Home.
