Angela Sampey Seymour

Angela Sampey Seymour, 62, a resident of Morgan City, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Patterson Healthcare.

Angela was born December 12, 1958, in Morgan City, the daughter of Wilton Sampey and Annabelle Aucoin Falgout.

Angela would lend a helping hand to anyone in need; she loved deeply, especially towards her children and grandchildren. Angela enjoyed going to the beach, cooking, and listening to music. She also loved humming birds and the color purple.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her two children, Daniel Seymour II and wife Gina of Berwick, Jessica Martin and significant other Chris Fryar of Morgan City; two brothers, Robert “Pammy” Sampey Sr. and wife Karen of Morgan City, Wilton “Tooney” Sampey and wife Joan of Berwick; one sister, Deidra Guidry and husband Calvin Jr. of Stephensville; half-brother, Wilton Sampey; half-sister, Juliana Sampey, both of Florida; four grandchildren, Daniel Seymour III,  Onalee Martin, Ethan Seymour, and Mylan Seymour.

Angela was preceded in death by her parents, Wilton Sampey and Annabelle Falgout; step-father, Waldo Falgout; first husband, Daniel Seymour Sr.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in C/O Twin City Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 30, 2021, at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at Twin City Funeral Home. After services, Angela will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
