Beverly Catherine Ledet

Beverly Catherine Ledet, 52, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2022.  She was born in Morgan City, Louisiana, on December 28, 1969.  She spent her childhood years in Morgan City, graduating from Morgan City High School and then received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Nicholls State University in Thibodeaux, Louisiana.  With her Registered Nurse certificate, she was able to work and live in various locations throughout Louisiana and Texas.  Most recently, she was employed by The Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, Beverly Clement Ledet and Sherry Bridges Ledet.  She is survived by her brother and his wife, Mark and Anastaja Ledet; her sister and her husband, Deborrah Ledet Yarbrough and James Yarbrough, Sr.; her niece, Somer Yarbrough Klusman, and her nephews, James Yarbrough, Jr., Holden Ledet, and Rowan Ledet.

Anyone who knew Cathy immediately knew what she was passionate about:  her friends and family, her pets, and her football teams.  She was a loyal friend to many.  She enjoyed spoiling her two chihuahuas, Ozzy and Emma.  Her Louisiana roots also made her an avid supporter of both the Louisiana State University Fighting Tigers and the New Orleans Saints.

A visitation will be held at Twin City Funeral Home, from 12:00 – 2:00, on Saturday, October 8, 2022, with burial immediately following.
