Charles "Tuna" Anthony Giandelone

Charles “Tuna” Anthony Giandelone, 63, a resident of Morgan City, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021.

Charles was born on February 25, 1958 in Morgan City, the son of Angelo Giandelone and Evelyn Albarado Giandelone.

Charles was a very caring and hardworking man who always wanted to help people. He loved watching football and bbqing, but the thing he enjoyed the most was being with his family and friends. Known as “Charlie The Fence Man” in the Tri City area, he had a passion for fencing and working in the fencing business for over 45 years.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Susan M. Giandelone of Morgan City; four children, Kelly Heuring and husband Chuck of Bayou Vista, Angelo Giandelone and fiancé Ashley Businelle of Lafayette, Antonio Giandelone of Lafayette and Skyla LaVerne of Bayou L’Ourse; 11 grandchildren, Brittany Broussard, Layne Arnaud, Dillan Giandelone, Brennan Giandelone, Kasie Giandelone, Kayla Giandelone, Chase Heuring, Haydn Bailey, Alyssa LaVerne, Keiton LaVerne and Angelo Giandelone Jr.; 8 great grandchildren; two brothers, Adam Giandelone of Berwick and John Angelo Giandelone of Palm Springs, California.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael P. Giandelone.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Twin City Funeral Home with Father Henry Sebastian officiating. A memorial visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
