Dolly Durocher Chapman

Dolly Durocher Chapman, 68, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 at her home.

Dolly was born on August 5, 1951 in Morgan City, the daughter of Herbert and Natalie Chaisson Durocher.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by four daughters, Karen Philips of Bayou Vista, Tracy Rhodes and husband Reed of Berwick, Chasity Massicot and husband Frank of Kenner, Brittany Chapman of Colorado; one son, Gary Durocher and wife Wendy of New Iberia; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; fiancé, James Gonzales of Morgan City; four sisters, Julie Simoneaux and husband Lenny of Morgan City, Mary Sons of Patterson, Gloria Marino and husband  Benny of Morgan City, Diana Ackman of Morgan City; one brother, Herbert Durocher Jr. of Patterson.

Dolly was preceded in death by two children, Raphael Chapman Jr. and Misty Welch; one sister, Wanda Sons; one brother, Harvey Durocher.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Twin City Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019 in the Morgan City Cemetery.
