Elizabeth Bailey Gahn

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Gahn, who left this world on August 3, 2025. Born on October 26, 1954, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Elizabeth was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.

An avid lover of nature, Elizabeth found immense joy intending to her garden, nurturing and growing beautiful flowers that mirrored her vibrant spirit. She had a unique ability to see beauty in every bloom, a testament to the love she cultivated in her life.

Elizabeth is survived by her beloved husband, Jonathan Gahn; her sons, Corey Gahn and Troy Gahn; her cherished grandchildren, Raven Hawkins and Landen Gahn; and her great-grandchildren, Bryson Ausuma and Aria Hawkins. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she filled their lives with unconditional love and care.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Willbert and Victorine Bailey; one brother, Joe Bailey; and one sister, Louise Parlow.

Funeral services will be held on August 9, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., and a visitation from 8:00am to 12:00pm where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and celebrate her life. The service will take place at Twin City Funeral Home, and all who knew Elizabeth are invited to join in this farewell ceremony as we reflect on her legacy of love, kindness, and the beauty she brought into our lives.
