Leona Rulf

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Leona Rulf, who left this world on November 28, 2025. Leona brought joy and warmth to the lives of all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by her loved ones.

Leona found immense joy in cooking, that brought family and friends together. She also was delighted in pampering herself with regular trips to the hair salon and cherished her outings to the casino, where she embraced the thrill of chance and she loved fishing.

She is survived by her son, Murlin Rulf and spouse Edward (JoJo), daughters, Peggy Lovell and husband Julius, Sally Bourg and husband Rudy, Bobbie Rulf; and daughter n law Renee Rulf and her sister, Mary Lee Gaudet. Leona's legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren: Jill, Candy and husband Bryan, Randy and partner Kara, Mandy and husband Coe, Dustin and wife Abbie, Kaitlyn, Jimmie Jr. and partner Shana, Joseph and partner Kristy, Jacob and partner Brianna, and Brooke. She also has 18 beautiful Great Grand Children.

Leona was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Sauce; her husband Frank Rulf Jr.; her son Jimmie Rulf Sr; four brothers, Elton Sauce, Wilton Sauce, Wilson Sauce and Milton Sauce; four sisters, Ella Ashley, Elda Mayon, ElDora Sauce and Hilda Ackman.

A Memorial service will be held to remember the life of Leona on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 8:00am till the time of the service at 12:00pm.
