It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lonnie Adam Ribardi, who departed this life on June 11, 2025, just one day shy of his 76th birthday. Born on June 12, 1949, in Morgan City, Louisiana, Lonnie lived a life filled with adventure and love.

Lonnie was a dedicated boat captain, spending his days at sea, nurturing his passion for the marine industry. He was not only a skilled seaman but also an enthusiastic cook, fisherman, and musician. Known for his soulful voice, he enjoyed sharing his love for music with family and friends. His warm heart and generous spirit extended to all whom he encountered, demonstrating a unique ability to bring people together.

Lonnie is survive by his children: Jason and wife Vanessa Ribardi, Jamie Jackson, Tabitha Garza, Robbie Ribardi and Chris Ribardi. He also leaves behind his sister, Sandra Kliebert, and his brother, Frank Ribardi. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Each of his family members will cherish the time spent with him and the countless memories they created together.

In honor of Lonnie's life, a public viewing will take place at Twin City Funeral Home on June 14, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM. His funeral service will be held later that day at 2:00 PM. 

As we say goodbye to a beloved father, husband, brother, and friend, we invite all who knew Lonnie to join us in celebrating his remarkable life. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those he touched.

Lonnie was preceded in death by: Parents -Louis and Winnie Lombas Ribardi, one daughter: Brandy Ribardi Walker, numerous brothers and one sister.
