Robert Joseph Lester

Robert Joseph Lester, 66, of Morgan City, LA passed away on May 30, 2025. He was born April 12, 1959, in Morgan City, LA.

On March 4, 1977, Robert Lester married Darlene in Morgan City,LA.

During his life he devoted his time to his family and friends. Robert was always known to have a smile on his face. When Robert wasn’t working he enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He worked at Amelia Bell Casino as the chief engineer.

He is survived by his wife Darlene Lester, sons Robert his wife Kersten and Jason Lester. His siblings Theresa Mayon and husband Larry, Vincent Lester Jr. and wife Sherry, Patricia Anslem and husband Johnny. Robert was a proud grandpa to Draven, Vincent, Taygen, Noah, Gregory and Owen. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Vincent and Mable Lester.
