Sylvia Ann Kircher

Sylvia Ann Kircher, 65, a resident of Patterson, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. 

Sylvia was born February 9, 1959, in Morgan City, the daughter of John Joseph Scully Sr., and Lois Duplantis Scully. 

Sylvia had a passion for flowers, gardening, and all things outdoors, especially enjoying the beauty of hummingbirds and the thrill of fishing. Sylvia, known for her warm smile and caring nature, enjoyed spending her time playing Rummy, crocheting, and embracing the tranquility of nature.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tracy Lodrigue and fiancé, Frank Fruge (son-in-law); companion, David LaCoste; one grandson, Wyatt Fruge; four stepsons, David LaCoste Jr., Nicholas LaCoste, Roman Kircher and Bradley Kircher; three brothers, John Scully Jr. and wife Veronica, David A. Scully, and Gary Scully; numerous step grandsons, Raige LaCoste, Gildon Jackson, James Jackson, Anthony Jackson, Parker LaCoste, Daxton LaCoste, Asher LaCoste and Sailor LaCoste; nieces and nephews, Sonia Farnsworth, John Charles Scully, Jada Scully, Hope Jessica Scully, and Josiah John Scully.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, John Sr. and Lois Scully; two brothers, Russel Scully and Rickey Paul Scully; sister, Tammy Scully; husband, Ricky Lodrigue. 

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Twin City Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sylvia will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery at a later date.
