In Loving Memory of Weston Guidry Jr.

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Weston Guidry Jr., who peacefully left this world on his 64th birthday, November 7, 2023, in his hometown of Patterson, Louisiana. Born in Franklin, Louisiana, Weston was a beloved son, father, brother, grandfather, and friend to many.

Weston was a hardworking and skilled individual, dedicating his life to his occupation as a truck driver.He traversed countless miles, always ensuring the safe transportation of goods. His diligence and commitment to his work earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and employers alike. Outside of work, Weston devoted his time to several hobbies like riding his motorcycle, gambling, working on cars, and spending time with his grandchildren.

One couldn’t mention Weston without acknowledging his unwavering love for his loyal four-legged companion, his cherished dog “Bullet”. Their companionship brought him comfort and solace in his everyday life.

Weston will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter, Sasha Mayon and her husband Jason; three sons, Brandon Guidry and his wife Libby, Weston Guidry and his wife Monie, and Andrew Goleman; one sister, Melinda Fields and her husband Glenn; and thirteen grandchildren, Morgan, Caleb, Carson, Aden, Selah, Aryana, Brandon Jr., Brennon, Marikay, Braylee, Jordan, Jevon, and Kenleigh.

Weston was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Guidry; parents, Weston Sr. and Neda Written Guidry; one brother, Darrin Guidry; and one grandson, Devon Mayon.

There will be a Memorial Visitation held in honor of Weston at Twin City Funeral Home on Saturday, November 11, 2023 beginning at 1:00p.m. until 3:00p.m.
